General Information

  1. For order/sales/general enquiries, you can contact us via email at hello@flymetoparis.com with your order number (if applicable).
    All emails and payment verifications will be attended to within 2-3 working days. Please refrain from sending us multiple emails if you do not receive a reply within 2 working days. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take even longer for us to get back to you. Rest assure that we will reply as soon as we can.

Ordering Info

  1. Login to your account if you are a returning customer. Otherwise, you may like to register an account with us.
  2. To make a purchase, simply click “ADD TO CART” and you will be able to view a summary of the items in your shopping bag using our interactive shopping cart (an example shown below).



  3. Once you are ready to check out and make payment for your items, click on the “CHECKOUT” button and you will be redirected to view your cart contents and fill in your billing and delivery information.







    If you have a discount code, enter your code under the "Discount Code" field as shown above. Next, select your preferred shipping method.



    You may also select the amount of rebate points that you would like to utilise for the current purchase.

  4. Select your payment method as shown below.



  5. Review your order, ensuring that all fields were entered correctly then click “SUBMIT ORDER”.
  6. For internet banking / ATM users, you will be redirected to the following page to enter your transaction details.



  7. An invoice will also be sent to your email with a link to the 'Update Payment Transfer' page.
  8. For ATM transfer, select 'ATM' under the transaction type. The page will then require you to upload a snapshot of your ATM receipt. *Do note that for transactions without a valid ATM receipt, we regret that we will not be able to verify your payment*  

    After submitting the payment information, a verification email will be sent to you within 24-48 working hours (3 to 5 working days will be required for interbank transfers). You will also receive a notification email once your parcel has been delivered.

*DO NOTE THAT OUR SYSTEM DOES NOT SECURE YOUR ITEM(S) WHEN YOU ADD ITEMS TO CART OR CHECKOUT THE ITEMS. YOUR ITEM(S) WILL ONLY BE RESERVED FOR YOU FOR 24 HOURS AFTER YOU CLICK THE “SUBMIT ORDER” BUTTON.

Payment details have to be updated within the stipulated time frame of 24 hours. If there is to be a delay exceeding 24 hours, kindly drop us an email at sales@flymetoparis.com to inform us. If the item is not added back to system by the time we reach your email, a maximum of another 24 hours will be extended for your transaction. 

Your item(s) will automatically be added back into our system if payment details are not updated within the stipulated time frame. 

Repeated deadbuyers will be blacklisted in our system. 

The payment methods which we accept are Internet Banking, ATM transfer and Paypal.

Garment/Laundry Care

  1. It is recommended to sort your laundry by fabric and colour. Separate delicate fabrics from heavier fabrics and whites from colours.
  2. Hand wash is recommended for all apparels. For first few washes, it is recommended to wash the new apparel separately from the rest.
  3. Use cold/warm water instead of hot water to prevent shrinking.
  4. Do not soak the apparels for prolonged periods of time to prevent colour run. In particular, do not soak leather, metal buttons and zippers for more than an hour.
  5. Do not soak part of a garment or fabric. Always soak the entire apparel for an even result.
  6. Low or medium heat ironing is encouraged especially for thin fabrics like chiffon. It is recommended to use indirect heat by placing a cloth in between the iron and apparel.
