No, it is not necessary for you to create an account to shop with us. After your first purchase, the system will automatically create an account for you and send the username and password to your email. 

You will not be able to amend your order after it’s being submitted so do check your purchase item(s), delivery and payment method before submitting your order. However, you may email us at if you require any assistance in this matter before your item is delivered.   

You will receive an invoice in your email inbox after the item(s) have been secured. 

You only need to key in your delivery information during your first check out. For subsequent purchases, the system will store your address automatically. 

We regret to inform that we are unable to manually enter all the previous discount codes that we have issued into the new system. So in order to redeem the discount voucher, please email us at with the discount code and details so that we can enter the discount code into our system. 


We accept Paypal, Internet banking and ATM transfer from local banks. A clear snapshot of the ATM receipt will be required for payments made through ATM. 

The invoice sent to your email contains a link to the 'Update Payment Transfer' page. You can click on the link provided and update the payment details directly. 

In both cases, your order will be automatically cancelled and the item(s) will be added back into our system. No refunds will be made. Only store credits will be issued. 

Do drop us an email at to inform us. If the item is not added back to system by the time we reach your email, a maximum of another 24 hours will be extended for your transaction. If item is already added back to system and is still in stock, you will have to check out the item and submit your order again. 

Yes, repeated deadbuyers will be blocked from our system. Please only submit your order if you are sincere to purchase. 

Extra charges by Paypal will be borne by us.  

Payments will be verified within 24 to 48 hours for DBS/POSB or UOB bank transfers. For other interbank transfers, payments will be verified within 3 to 5 working days.  

We will mail out your parcel within 3 working days and an email will be sent to you to notify you about the delivery. 

Postage and Delivery

You can opt for normal postage or registered mail for local delivery. Overseas delivery will be made via Singpost registered air mail. For more info, please refer to “Shipping/Delivery info” under Customer Care section.  If you would like to opt for other delivery options, please email us at with your order ID for assistance. 

If you have opted for registered mail, the tracking number would be indicated in the notification email that informs you that your parcel has been delivered. 

We regret to inform that we will not be held liable for any lost mails delivered via normal postage. As we will indicate our return address on every parcel, we will let you know if there are any returned parcels received at our end. Registered mail is therefore strongly encouraged. 

Yes, it does include sale items as long as the total purchase reaches $100 in a single transaction. 

No. There is only one free registered mail service for every single transaction above $100. If you opt to ship the instock and backorder items separately and want to have registered mail for both shipments, you will need to top up for one registered mail service at $2.24 for the backorder item. 

For International shipping, we will always mail your item via registered airmail to ensure a secure delivery. We follow Singpost rate and the shipping calculator will automatically calculate the shipping rates for you upon checkout.

Reward Points

You can earn loyalty points to join our membership and at the same time, earn rebate points to offset the rebates off your next purchase. You can also earn extra rebate points when you refer a friend to purchase at our website. Lastly, enjoy special discounts when you shop with us during your birthday month. For more info, you can refer to “FMTP Reward” page. 

No, the membership is lifetime. However, rebate points will expire within 1 year from date of issue. 

Yes, the rebate points will only be added into your account after the transaction is completed. 

No, there is no minimum spending required. However, do note that the 5 X rebate points is only based on your friend’s FIRST confirmed purchase amount. For subsequent purchases made by your friend, rebate points will only be earned by your friend. 

You can check your rebate points balance under your account page. There will also be an email sent to you every month to show your loyalty points accumulated and how many additional points required to upgrade your membership. 

We regret to inform that the points are not redeemable for cash. 

You can only utilise the birthday month discount once during your birthday month. 

Defective Items / Exchange

Please take a clear picture of the defective area and communicate the defect to us via email at within 7 days after receiving the item. For more info, please refer to exchange/refund policy under “Terms and Conditions” page. 

We regret to inform that there will not be any exchanges allowed due to inappropriate fit. Do refer to the measurements stated on our website or email us at to enquire about the sizing. 

We regret to inform that our exchange policy does not cover items that are purchased from a third party including our retail rack stores. Any defective claims should only be done between the customer and the retail rack store itself.
