Terms and Conditions

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

  • For general enquiries, you can contact us via email at hello@flymetoparis.com.
    For order/sales enquiries, please email us at sales@flymetoparis.com with your order number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to get back to you.
  • Please ensure that the correct product in the correct size and colour has been selected before submitting your order. We will not be able to amend your order once it has been confirmed.
  • Payments made via DBS/POSB and UOB will be verified within 24 to 48 hours. Other interbank transfers will require 3 to 5 working days for verification.
  • Orders will be shipped out within 3 working days after payment verification.
  • FlymetoParis will not be liable for any lost parcels mailed via normal postage. Registered postage is therefore highly recommended.
  • Local normal postage is complimentary with every regular priced item purchase. However, normal mailing charges apply for sale items. Postage for first item will be charged at $1.50 and each subsequent item will be additional $0.50. Registered mail is complimentary for a single transaction of $100 and above inclusive of sale items.
  • Overseas shipment will be charged according to weight of the items and will be mailed via Singpost registered airmail service.
  • For parcels that are returned to us because of incorrect address provided by customers or unclaimed by customers (either sent via normal or registered postage), the customer will have to top up the postage cost incurred for resending the parcel.

 

PAYMENT

  • All prices stated for our products are in Singapore dollars and payments have to be made in Singapore dollars only.
  • We accept payment via Internet Banking and ATM transfer from local banks as well as PayPal.
  • For orders which selected payment via Internet Banking/ATM transfer, payment details have to be updated within the stipulated time frame of 24 hours. Your item(s) will automatically be added back into our system if payment details are not updated within 24 hours. 
  • In the event where a customer has made payment within 24 hours but did not update payment details with 24 hours or has made payment after 24 hours and order has been cancelled in these cases, no refunds will be made. Only store credits will be issued.
  • Do note that our system does not secure your item(s) when you add items to cart or checkout the items. Your items will only be reserved for you for 24 hours (for orders with payment method Internet Banking/ATM transfer) after you click the “Submit Order” button.
  • Repeated deadbuyers will be blacklisted in our system. 

  

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Defective items

  • Any item defects should be communicated to FlymetoParis via email at sales@flymetoparis.com along with clear pictures of the mentioned defect within 7 days of receipt of item.
  • Upon confirmation of defects by FlymetoParis and that an exchange is allowed, items are to be posted out to us within 7 working days. We will reimburse the cost for postage in this case. Please note that after this duration has expired, we reserve the right to not accept the return of the item. Items must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn with the item tag intact and must be in original condition.
  • If the defective item is still in stock, a replacement piece without defects will be sent out for the exchange of the defective piece. If the item for exchange is no longer in stock, we will offer store credits equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item and return postage cost or cash refunds. Please note that if customer opt for PayPal as the payment mode for their order, refund will be made via PayPal instead of money transfer into customer's bank account. 
  • FlymetoParis will only begin to process the exchange or refund within 5 working days after receipt of the returned items.
  • Please note that actual measurements of items may differ from the stated measurements by 0.5” to 0.75” due to mass manufacturing. There may also be slight variances in the colour of the item due to differences in computer colour resolutions and individual colour perceptions.
  • In both cases, the variance is not considered a manufacturing defect and no exchange/refund will be allowed.
  • Minor defects such as loose threads, slight stains which are not obvious under normal lighting, slight defect in inner lining which is not visible when worn or does not affect comfort in wearing, slight misalignment of seams, dropped buttons which can be sewn on will not be considered as defects and are therefore not eligible for exchange/refund.
  • FlymetoParis will not accept any exchanges/refunds request if the purchase of our products is made from a third party including our retail rack stores.

Incorrect items

  • We will not accept exchanges/refunds due to incorrect item checked out by customer.
  • If correct item has been checked out but an incorrect item has been received, please email us at sales@flymetoparis.com within 7 days of receipt of item along with a picture of the incorrect item. Upon confirmation by FlymetoParis, please mail back the incorrect item to us within 7 working days and we will reimburse the postage cost incurred. Item must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn with the item tag intact and must be in original condition.
  • An exchange will be done and strictly no refunds will be allowed unless the item originally intended for purchase is out of stock.
  • FlymetoParis will not accept any exchanges/refunds request if the purchase of our products is made from a third party including our retail rack stores.

Size/colour exchanges/returns

  • Exchanges of sizes/colours will strictly not be entertained. Hence, kindly ensure that the correct size or colour have been selected before checking out the item(s).
  • FlymetoParis will not accept return of item(s) due to inappropriate fit.

 

BACKORDERS

  • The arrival dates stated are based on estimation. Once the arrival dates are confirmed, we will inform customers accordingly.
  • Arrival dates differ for different backorder items and will be stated under each individual item.
  • The arrival dates are subjected to delays due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process or unexpected issues at the factories such as lack of fabrics. In such circumstances, cancellation of orders is not applicable.
  • In cases where there is insufficient quantity or defects upon arrival of backorder items, store credits or cash refunds will be made to customers.
  • There may be slight colour discrepancy between the backorder items and instock items.
  • In cases where more than one backorder item has been purchased in a single transaction, parcel will only be shipped out upon arrival of the last item.
  • Do join the backorder only if you are comfortable with the above terms and conditions. 

 

FlymetoParis reserves the right to make amendments to the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
